How it works

Tell us where the site is hosted and how we can access it. For now, this is a secure support-ticket workflow.

We copy the site
We transfer the files, database, and relevant configuration to HelixNodes.

We test it
We verify that the site is loading properly before DNS changes.

We coordinate the cutover
When you are ready, we help update DNS and move production traffic.

You keep the old host until you are comfortable
There is no need to cancel the old service before the migration is complete.

Security note: credentials should be submitted through an authenticated support ticket or secure form, not ordinary email.
Is migration really free?
For normal website migrations, yes. Large, unusual, highly customized, or extremely data-heavy migrations may require a custom quote — if that applies to your site, we will tell you before starting.
