Can I upgrade my VPS later?

Absolutely, all plans can be scaled up. Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade plans as we cannot shrink your server’s virtual disk.

Is IPv6 supported?

Yes. All servers come with a /64 IPv6 subnet.

What kind of virtualization do you use?

We use KVM virtualization, which gives you strong isolation, consistent performance, and full control. You can install your own kernel modules and any custom OS options you’d like.

Do you offer SLA-backed uptime?

Yes. All VPS servers are backed by a 99.9% SLA guarantee. Infrastructure uptime SLAs are available for enterprise contracts.

Do you support Windows VPS hosting?

Yes. We offer installers for Windows Server 2019 and 2022. You will need to bring your own license.

How long does provisioning take?

Typically, all VPS instances are deployed within a few seconds of purchasing.

Where are your servers located?

VPS servers are located in our Ashburn, VA datacenter. This location has great connectivity and is fantastic for serving the entire US, as well as european customers.

What does “Unmetered” bandwidth mean?

Unmetered bandwidth means that, while we don’t limit your bandwidth, we do expect you to be a good neighbor and not use excessive bandwidth. If you are using excessive bandwidth, we may ask you to use less or upgrade your plan.
